Off-peak: May 1, 2009-November 30, 2009: $2,200.00 per month (28 nights)

Terms: A security deposit in the form of a cashier's check is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation and is non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of agreed to availability. The deposit, less charges for any damages or missing items, will be refunded within 15 days after departure. This deposit is $750 for rentals of 1 month or more. If owner agrees to accept a pet, there will be an additional deposit, to be negotiated. There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning deposit. The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to agreed to availability. If the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire balance, including security deposit and cleaning fee, is due immediately in the form of a cashier's check.
