Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful inside and out. This single level, fully-equipped condo within the gated  
Rancho Las Palmas Country Club offers stunning views of the golf course and sunsets over  
the Santa Rosa mountains from the kitchen, living room and patio.  The interior is  
tastefully decorated, with updated baths and a kitchen that features granite counters  
and new  cabinets.  The master bedroom has an adjoining bath and king bed, while the  
guest room has a king bed (which can be converted to two twins) and a bath across the  
hall. 
 
Convenience abounds. The condo is located within walking distance of "The River" complex  
with its many fabulous restaurants, boutique shops and movie theatres, as well as within  
several blocks of the popular weekend craft fair.  Expanded shopping and entertainment  
venues are just a short drive away.  Rancho Las Palmas Country Club offers a 27 hole  
golf course, 26 swimming pools with jacuzzis, and 25 tennis courts.  A variety of golf  
and tennis packages are available for guests through the pro shop.  If the outdoor  
exercise opportunities aren't enough, there's always the on-site gym.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak: December 1-31, 2008, January 1, 2009-April 30, 2009: $3,000.00 per month (28  
nights) 
Off-peak: September 1, 2008-November 30, 2008: $2,200.00 per month (28 nights) 
 
Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. All payments are 
to be in U.S. Dollars ($US). 
 
A security deposit in the form of a cashier's check is due at the time of booking to  
hold the reservation and is non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of 
agreed to availability.  The deposit, less charges for any damages or missing items,  
will be refunded within 15 days after departure.   This deposit is $750 for rentals of 1  
month or more. If owner agrees to accept a pet, there will be an additional deposit, to  
be negotiated. 
There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning deposit.  
The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to agreed to availability.  If the  
reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire balance, including  
security deposit and cleaning fee, is due immediately in the form of a cashier's check. 
 
Payment options: Cashier's Check; Personal/Business check if rendered more than 60 days  
prior to occupancy.
