Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the privacy of this La Jolla Tennis estate with a pool, 
Jacuzzi, and ocean/ bay views available June, July, August & Sept. 
2007. Non-smokers only please. This .5 acre estate features a 
detached two bedroom guest house with a sauna.  4 bedrooms, 4 
bathrooms, office w/ sleeper couch, 4700 sq.ft.

Featuring two master bedroom suites (King beds) in the main house. 
The downstairs office provides a queen sofa bed. A third full bath 
is located on the first floor.  The house is secured with an ADT 
alarm system.

The upstairs master bedroom provides an ocean view through a sixteen 
foot window. The spacious upstairs master bathroom has a two person 
Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. 

The detached two bedroom guesthouse is located behind the tennis 
court.  Queen bed in bedroom one and King bed in the second bedroom 
with a shared bathroom.  The guest house is equipped with A/C, a 
refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV and internet access.

The lighted tennis court features a surface of artificial grass with 
sand and it plays like clay (without all the maintenance). In the 
main house, the home gym has a mirrored wall and provides the use of 
a Precor elliptical trainer, a Smooth 9.6 P treadmill, a 
Stairmaster, Hoist fitness tree, TV and several fans. 

This house is for the athlete and gamesman. Enjoy the pool table in 
the second floor billiard room or a game of table tennis on the 
patio. Take a swim with the dolphins or turtles in the tiled pool or 
just relax in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy the ocean view while relaxing on a 
lounge chair by the pool with fragrance from the rose garden. Need 
some quiet time?  Try the second floor reading room featuring two 
reclining chairs with an awesome ocean view.  
The kitchen features a gas stove, Décor convection double oven, two 
drawer Fisher-Paykal dishwasher, and a GE Profile refrigerator.  

Watch television or DVD in the family room with a 42 inch screen 
Pioneer Elite Television on cable or record your favorite programs 
for viewing latter. There are televisions in three bedrooms and the 
gym. The dining room table will seat ten comfortably; however, 
outdoor dining during the summer months is enhanced by a covered 15 
x 40 foot tiled patio with two dining tables. For your convenience a 
small refrigerator is on the patio. If you prefer, a barbecue and or 
smoker are available for your cooking pleasure. Two offices with 
high speed internet access, one fax machine (dedicated fax line), 
and one HP DeskJet 960c printer.

This solar powered home is air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all 
bedrooms and offices. The air-conditioning is rarely used as there 
are wonderful ocean breezes filling the home. The home features 
hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and gym.

The yard has 30 fruit trees. You may enjoy fresh picked fruit all 
summer: oranges, grapefruit, lemons, kumquats, apricots, peaches, 
plums, nectarines and avocados. 

Housekeeping service (5 hrs. on Monday and 5 hrs. on Thursday), a 
weekly Gardner, and pool maintenance service are provided by the 
owners
