Vacation Rental Rates

RATES: 
Regular Base Rate $750/nt. up to 10. Each additional guests to 18 at 
$25/per night. 
Summer Base Rate (6/1-8/30) $875 up to 10.  
Thanksgiving Base Rate $750 up to 10. 
Christmas Base Rate $950 for 10. 

Cleaning Fee: $300 for up to 10,
              $450 10 and above.
Reservation Fee - $100.
