All amounts must be payable in US funds, no credit cards. Cash and  
personal checks are accepted. Payment in full thirty(30) days prior  
to arrival. a signed and dated rental agreement and a condominium  
application that will be provided to you upon acceptance of all  
terms. 
 
Rate until confirmed, is subject to change without notice.  
 
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
