Vacation Rental Description

Look no further for the perfect location for your family vacation. 
Fall Gazing, Hunting, Summer Vacation, Weddings, Graduation, here it 
is...12 camps to bring you all together along with a very friendly 
staff. Marston Camps located on Messalonskee Lake also known as Snow 
Pond, is a facility which caters to families with children and well 
behaved pets. There are 12 cottages to select from some dating back 
to 1920 and 5 cabins  which are new with modern amenities.
With 425 feet of frontage on the eastern shores, it is 
the perfect spot for summer fun. Available for your use at no extra 
charge is a 55-ft marina-style pressure-treated dock with ten boat 
slips.  Another dock is located in a different area with a ladder 
for easy access from the water and also provides boat moorings.
Marston Camps is the perfect place to stay if your attending a 
graduation, or if you and your buddies are looking for the perfect 
location to stay while you hunt in central Maine. A perfect location 
for couples just looking to get away and take in the beauty that 
Maine has to offer.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Here at Marston Camps, you can choose between 12 camps which are 
all wood sided; one to four bedrooms; indoor plumbing; some having 2 
baths! Most cabins have screened porches and great views of the 
water.  All cabins come with propane or wood heat.  Depending on the 
design of the cabin it may be equipped with AC and ceiling fans or 
ceiling fans alone.  Linens and towels are provided.  Each cabin has 
a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need.  BBQ grills 
are provided and outside fires are permitted. Free Wireless Internet 
& Cable TV. Photos that are shown are just a sneak peak at what is 
offered here at Marston Camps.  A nature trail is located on the far 
left side of property, which follows the water.  During your stroll 
you will most likely see deer, racoons, fox and also be looking to 
spot the eagle and listen for the loons.
With your inquiry, you will be sent a complete photo package of the 
cabin which most interests you and your family. 

Activities and Attractions

Available for your use are several canoes and several kayaks.  
Marracraft fishing boats and motor rentals are available. 
Marston Camps is located just outside of Waterville.  Colby 
College, Thomas College are with in 7 miles.  Waterville Country 
Club is within 4 miles. A Laundry facility is located in Oakland and 
next door is a great restaurant serving early morning breakfast for 
the hunters or just for you early risers and they serve lunch.
A variety of restaurants and shopping are located in Waterville as 
well as 2 hospitals.
