sugar sand beach on the Southern tip of this residential beach  
community.  Enjoy incredible sunsets over the Gulf, an early morning  
stroll aroung the peninsula boardwalk, or walk for miles looking for  
seashells! Walk to restaurants, music and local hangouts.  "Living  
on Island Time" is Sunset Beach's motto, so come and partake! 
 
Cottage is completely remodeled,large bedroom has queen bed and  
twin, rattan  
dressers, closet. Futon in living area converts to double, drop leaf  
table for dining, full kitchen with eating bar, large covered patio.
