We have two luxurious townhouses (a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom) which 
have been carefully designed to exceed your expectations. The 
townhouses are beautifully decorated and furnished with top of the 
line applicances, washing machines, dryers, flat screen TVs in every 
room, high-speed wireless internet service and more! You will 
definitely feel relaxed and at home during your stay.

properties (2 steps from the front door)

Vacation Rental Rates

2-Bedroom (shown in pictures) Rates:
Nightly: Starting at $269/night, plus tax.
Weekly: Starting at $1,500/week, plus tax.
Monthly: Starting at $4,700/month, plus tax.
*A $95 cleaning fee will be assessed on all stays.

3-Bedroom (inquire for pictures) Rates:
Nightly: Starting at $289/night, plus tax.
Weekly:  Starting at $1,700/week, plus tax.
Monthly: Starting at $5,400/month, plus tax.
*A $105 cleaning fee will be assessed on all stays.

Please inquire about specials and rates for stays of a month or 
longer.
