Vacation Rental Description

This stunning 1500 sq. ft. oceanview condo is BRAND NEW for the 2008
season and a STONES THROW from the beach.
It has a 31 ft. long living room (with WET BAR!) that will sleep up to
10 very comfortably.  The top, (elevator) 3rd floor location is perfect 
for your vacation visit. 
The deck will allow you to VIEW THE SUNRISE OVER THE OCEAN in the
morning, and WATCH THE DRAMATIC SUNSET BEHIND THE BACK BAY in the
evening.  
Each bedroom has windows with natural sunlight streaming in.  Kitchen has
beautiful granite island countertops with chairs and separate dining
table area as well off to the side. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo and all amenities/appliances are BRAND NEW!  All expected
household appliances are provided. We have stocked the condo with
everything a family with kids would need.  
All you need to bring are bed sheets and towels. 
Building has protected elevator (security code needed).  
There is an in-ground heated pool that gets sunlight the entire day.  
Separate laundry room with washer/dryer. 
A few bikes are in the very convenient street level
storage area, along with kids beach accessories (sandtoys, boogie
boards), chairs, Trike and some fishing equipment (crab cages, poles).  
No smoking/no pets.

Activities and Attractions

We have vacationed with our children in the Crest for the past 15
years.  We always came back to this same exact area due to its perfect
location and amenities.  Within ONE BLOCK of this brand new condo, you

Rates and rentals are per week (Saturday to Saturday). 
Per night and weekend rental available off season
Month of May- $1,500
May 31st to June 14th- $1,700
June 14th to June 21st- $1,900
June 21st to August 30th- $2,900
September- $1,500
October-November (call for rates)
