Perfect family choice/ beachblock in Wildwood Crest

Our beautiful 1500 sq. ft. oceanview condo is available for its fifth
season and is only a half block from the beach.
It has a 31 ft. long living room (with WET BAR) that will sleep up to
10 very comfortably. The top, (elevator accessible) 3rd floor
location is perfect for your vacation visit.
The deck will allow you to VIEW THE SUNRISE OVER THE OCEAN in the
morning, and WATCH THE SUNSET BEHIND THE BACK BAY in the
evening.
Each bedroom has windows with natural sunlight streaming in. Kitchen
has beautiful granite island counter-tops with chairs and separate
dining table area as well off to the side.

Condo and all amenities/appliances are approx. 5 years old.  Living room and
master bedroom have wall mounted flat screen TV's. All expected
household appliances are provided (cable, wifi, stereo, DVD, juicer, margarita
machine). We have stocked the condo with everything a family with kids
would need. All you need to bring are bed sheets and towels.
Building has protected elevator (security code needed).
There is an in-ground heated pool that gets direct sunlight most of the day.
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

A few bikes are in the very convenient street level storage area/beach closet, along with kids beach accessories (sandtoys, boogieboards), beachchairs, Trike and some fishing equipment (crab cages, poles).  Please be aware that these ammenities are used- Very few, if any, rental properties provide this. There are 2 labeled parking spaces in the covered garage.   No smoking/no pets.

Sleeping set up- 2 queens (4),  twin over full bunk beds with pull out twin trundle (4),  2 queen pull out sofas (4)

We vacationed with our children in the Crest for 15
years. We always came back to this same exact area due to its perfect
location and amenities. Within ONE BLOCK of this modern condo, you
