Vacation Rental Description

This newly listed 650 sq. ft. 1 Bed / 1 Bath fully furnished, 
centrally air-conditioned condo is conveniently located in the ever 
popular gated complex of Boca Shores.  The master bedroom is 
furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, night stand and cable TV.  
The living and dining room are freshly painted and include cable TV / 
DVD player, dining room table seating four, couch (folds into a 
sleeper), love seat, recliner and coffee / end tables.  The kitchen 
is fully equipped and brightly lit with a microwave oven and 
dishwasher.  The unit itself is located on the 2nd floor (40 ft. from 
elevator or stairs) just around the corner from the pool.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Boca Shores offers a private, gated entry on Boca Ciega Bay.  
Amenities include a heated pool with sundeck / lounge overlooking the 
water.  The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical 
flowers and trees.  Also available on the property are outdoor 
grills, sauna, clubhouse and laundry.  Ocean beaches are within a 5 
minute walk, as are plenty of restuarants, grocery store and shops.

Activities and Attractions

The local St. Pete Beach area offers gorgeous beaches and great 
restuarants for rest and relaxation.  A 40-minute drive to Tampa and 
the international airport make it a convenient get away.  Fishing, 
golf, jet-skis, tennis are across the street or only minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum Rental Period is 1- month or 1 rental per month, so if a month is unfilled I will rent it 
for a shorter 
duration.

Rates are as follows:

May thru November   - $795 / month
December            - $995 / month
January             - $1,200 / month
February thru March - $2,000 / month
April               - $1,600 / month (available weekly for $600)

Rates do not include 11% State and Local Tax or $65 cleaning fee.

No pets allowed and unit is a non-smoking unit.

Rate includes all utilities and cable TV.
