Treat yourself! New(2006)luxury townhome with private entry (no steps) and deck leading directly
onto the snowcreek golf course. Located in the Meadow area of town. Great views, high
ceilings,light and spacious (1,800 sf) with warm mountain decore and high-end amenities. Open
floor plan excellent for entertaining. Large kitchen with granite counters, fully equipped. Dining
room seats 8, plus 3 bar seats. Two en-suite bedrooms plus bonus areas to sleep a maximum of 8. Two
master bedrooms each with Cal King beds,flat screen TV/dvd/cable, walk-in closets and private baths.
Bonus room with bunk bed great for kids (although we've had a few adults sleep there, but it's tight)
with flat screen DVD -- washer/dryer also here. Queen sofa bed in living area. Plus a single bed
in the entry foyer. Great appointments. Private attached garage parking for 1 car; and space for 1
more car in the parking area.Professionally managed (we'll send you the web-link to our manager's

Our unit is professonally managed. Simply email us and we will send
you a booking link that has detailed information, prices and an
availability calendar. Rates vary by Season/Holidays. Summer (2008)is
$275/night, and ski season (2008-9) is $375-450/night and higher for
holidays (e.g.,Thanksgiving $550, Martin Luther King $650), less any applicable special discounts.
(Sorry, already rented for Dec 19-22,2008, Feb 13-15, 2009).
