Casa La Rafaella is a 10,000 sq. ft. exquisite and elegant 
Mediterranean style villa on the shores of Mexico’s Pacific Ocean, 
located in the most prestigious master- planned resort development 
in Mexico, the gated community of La Punta on Peninsula Santiago, 
between the twin Bays of Manzanillo and Santiago.

The stylish furniture and decoration of Casa La Rafaella, blend 
harmoniously with the beauty of this unique beautitul destination,
Manzanillo is the best kept secret of Mexico.

The house offers breathtaking views from every angle of the house 
including all suites, spacious open-air living room, dining room
fully equipped gym. All outdoor amenities are easily accessible from 
all areas of the house. The villa consists of one master suite with 
living room area and three additional bedrooms all with their own 
private bathroom, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling 
fans. For large groups, the VIP suite complete with living room, 
kitchenette and private terrace can be rented for an additional fee, 
the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12.

You can access the ocean directly from the villa’s private 
staircase, as you walk down, enjoy the lush greenery, colorful 
flowers, palm and banana trees.

For formal dining, the villa offers seating for 12 people in an 
enclosed air-conditioned living room or make arrangements to 
dine “al-fresco” under the huge palapa (thatched roof) with 
magnificent views of the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, this spot
is the best to witness dolphins playing gracefully; evening 
cocktails can be entertained in the ample terrace where you can 
enjoy incredible sunsets. At night, enjoy the stunning vista of the 
Port of Manzanillo and its twinkling lights.

The 50 ft. infinity pool surrounded by palm trees and colorful 
bougainvilleas is one the highlights of this villa.  Enjoy a cold 
beer or Margarita while you sunbathe, read your favorite book or 
relax under the shadow of the many palm trees. Afternoon siestas are 
a must after enjoying a delicious meal prepared by your own chef.

Your vacation cannot be perfect without the impeccable care of our 
accommodating bilingual staff, they will attend to your every need 
and whim! Your meals will be  prepared with the freshest 
ingredients, the house will be meticulously cleaned every day,
your clothes will be carefully washed and ironed.  If you are 
traveling with infants, small children or teenagers, they will not 
only be welcomed, but our staff will do their best to accommodate 
all of their needs. Our multilingual villa manager supervises all 
aspects of your vacation including the planning of daily 
activities.  Our staff values your privacy, so their work is 
performed unobtrusively “behind the scenes”

Other amenities include, satellite TV, CD, DVD, high-speed internet 
and free USA and Canada long distance calls. Walk to the private 
beach and club house through the cobblestone streets of La Punta 
adorned with perfectly manicured landscape, the tennis club is also 
within walking distance from the villa, all these facilities are 
exclusively for the use of guests and residents of La Punta.  A golf 
cart is provided for easy transportation within La Punta gated 
community. Other optional in-house services are available such as 
masseuse, babysitter, trainer, Spanish teacher, private driver- 
tour guide, cooking classes, etc.

Access to the renowned playground of Las Hadas Golf & Marina Resort 
is allowed for guests of Casa La Rafaella, the resort offers an 18-
hole challenging golf course, beach front cabanas, water sports, 
restaurants, shops and boutiques, piano bar, spa and marina 
services.  For golfers, Manzanillo and nearby area hosts some of the 
most renowned golf courses in the world, such as Isla Navidad 27-
hole championship designed by Robert Von-Hagge and the spectacular 
El Tamarindo, a 2,000-acre oceanfront ecological reserve.
