Oversize en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed, private
sitting area and double vanity bath.
Second bedroom has a double-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two
twin-sized beds. Top quality furnishings throughout for your comfort.
Relax in the oversize great room with fireplace, Satellite TV and
DVD. A seperate sitting room provides a quiet place for reading or
conversation.
A fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and full laundry make
your stay convenient.
Vacation Rental Amenities
GENERAL: Air-conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, intercom with
sound system in all rooms and at poolside, satelite telivision,
fireplace, linen and towels, telephone, hair dryer, full laundry.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped including dishwasher, range, oven,
microwave, garbage disposal, Refrigerator/freezer with ice maker,
coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, dining nook
with seating for 4 people.
LAUNDRY: Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
LIVING ROOM: Fireplace, flat panel television with Satellite TV, DVD
player, central sound system.
SITTING ROOM: Games, books, magazines, puzzles for quiet enjoyment.
MASTER BEDROOM: King-sized bed, sitting area, en-suite bathroom with
bath and shower, double vanity sinks, bureau and closet.

Oak Hills golf course. Lanai with large private heated pool includes
removable child safety fence. Outdoor gas grill, dining table and chairs and
pool loungers.
RESTRICTIONS: No pets, No smoking.

It is a short drive to Weeki Wachee Springs, Buccaneer Bay Water
Park, and the manatees at Homosassa Springs. Enjoy a picnic at the
beach and the great sunsets at Pine Island which is only a 10 minute
drive. Convenient to restaurants, cinema, bowling and shopping
within 10 minutes driving.

Our prices are reduced between April and October. Off season means less crowds and more relaxation.
Bookings are 7 nights minimum with check-in on Saturday.
Price includes taxes and cleaning charges.
A security deposit is required and is refundable after departure.
Electric pool heat is available for an extra charge.
Discounts available for multiple week bookings.
Housekeeping services are available upon request at additional cost.
