full bathroom, walking distance to a number of resturants/bars, 
water sports, rentals, Fun Zone, Auto Ferry....you name it,
it's here. This comfy cottage/condo has been recently upgraded with 
wood flooring, granite countertops, crown molding, dual pane 
windows, fireplace, balcony....great place to make many lasting 
memories with friends and family!

$2500/$2850 Sunday thru Sunday or Sat - Sat
Now Accepting nightly reservations *2 night min
Payments; 1/2 down to hold & secure time, balance due 30 days prior 
to check-in.
Refundable Security deposit of $750
Cleaning Fee $150
**Condo is available for Winter Rental, Sept - June
