This charming beach house is located in the "Old Florida" neighborhood of Summerplace. Just a short walk to the beach on sandy roads with lush tropical foliage in this eclectic seaside community just north of the Vero Beach Disney Resort. This home offers a spacious living and dining area with a log burning fireplace, skylight and spiral staircase to the downstairs which offers a large family room with two double bed futons. There is also a private bath and laundry facility on the ground level. The upstairs offers a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room. There is a sitting area off the guest room with two recliners and a 27" T.V. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary need including a gas stove! There is a wraparound deck that offers you plenty of outdoor living! This is a tree house nestled in the palms just waiting for you!
