in Eldred, New York -- only 2 hours from NYC.
 
You'll enjoy a perfect romantic getaway in this aesthetically
pleasing, cozy home.  A house with beautiful country views on all
sides - especially the kitchen/sunroom, as the entire side of the
house is windows - you'll enjoy "nature's theater" from the various
seating areas of the room.  

The house is surrounded by fields and trees (no houses can be seen)
and you will definately feel as if you are surrounded by nature!  

The best part is that you are only a 5 minute drive to the town of 
Eldred, where there is a grocery store, library, post office and 
diner.  


You will love this house, and the area!

Kitchen is fully stocked with cookingwear/dishes; microwave/toaster.

Other amenities:  stereo; good eclectic music collection

Activities and Attractions

Hiking, swimming, reading and relaxing are the best things to do. .
.best restaurant in Sullivan County,  the Eldred Preserve, an 8 
minute drive.  

Barryville and the Delaware only an 8 minute drive away. . .

Sand Beach in Highland Lake (5 minute drive) is a wonderful place to 
spend a sunnyafternoon on a gorgeous lake. . . 

Washington Lake is a 15 minute walk from the house.
