Vacation Rental Description

Located on a quiet street, just steps from the beach, (see aerial photo), in the private, gated, 
beach community of Playacar Phase 1, ‘Casa Alma’ is a magnificent, upscale home with the highest 
quality finishes and furnishings to be found in Playacar Phase 1 and it's Caribbean Sea views are 
breathtaking. 'Casa Alma' is within a 10 minute stroll of Playa del Carmen’s 'Paseo' and 'La Quinta' 
or 5th Avenue. You will love Casa Alma and feel truly pampered, here, with our daily maid-service, 
fresh flowers and comprehensive, luxury amenities.Beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the layout 
provides private suites and balconies embraced by Caribbean Sea breezes, for quiet times and large 
rooms for family gatherings. The Dining Room has a magnificent, solid teak table that seats 12 
persons, comfortably and the Media Room (which doubles as the 5th Bedroom), will accommodate 
a ‘Superbowl’ crowd!

Due to our condo-ownership in ‘Fishermens Village’, the full-service condo-hotel, just 150 yards 
away, on the beach, we are able to extend VIP courtesy privileges to guests staying at ‘Casa Alma’.  
This extraordinary benefit entitles guests to enjoy the pools, Jacuzzis, Gym and beach amenities, 
free, including the use of beach towels, sun-beds, canoes, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, 
beach toys, etc. Ask us about the food and beverage services and all-inclusive packages available at 
bargain prices.
The property/manager-owner lives nearby to provide advice and asssistance to ensure that your stay 
is enjoyable

Accommodation:
The Ground (First) Floor contains an open main Kitchen, with Bar and Sitting Area, Dining Room; a 
separate TV Lounge and a private Master Bedroom Suite with a king-size, 4-poster bed and a private 
en-suite bathroom with elongated WC, bidet and walk-in shower cubicle, with two showers: hand-held 
and rain-shower. 
There is a separate half-bath for general use. There is also a Laundry Room when needed, but our 
maid, ‘Sara’, will be happy to take care of your personal washing and ironing. Outside is a pool 
designed with infants in mind, and an adjacent sitting area with table and chairs.

On the Second Floor is the Media Room with TV, Library, Wet Bar and half-bath. The Media Room is the 
5th Bedroom (when required) accommodating two people on individual day-beds. There are two en-
suite Bedrooms: one has a King-size bed and the other two Double beds. They share a huge family 
bathroom with soaking tub/Jacuzzi and two showers: hand-held and rain-shower.

On the Third Floor is the fully-fitted with custom millwork, ‘Master Studio’ which takes up the 
entire level; half inside and half an external terrace with fabulous Caribbean Sea views. The studio 
has a gorgeous tropical-wood floor, King-size bed, living/TV area with desk, en-suite bathroom, with 
a large walk-in shower and two showers; hand-held and rain-shower. It has a wet-bar with an intimate 
dining table and a separate drinks bar with wine cooler. The private terrace has built-in seating 
and tables, a Jacuzzi and an extra king-size bed for romantic stargazers.
From the Rooftop Solarium you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and 
Cozumel Island. Here you can sunbathe in private and sip cocktails while watching glorious sunrises 
over the Caribbean and sunsets over the jungle.
