Enjoy the 14 x 23 foot screened porch with wrought iron Florida furniture and beautiful lake views--perfect for drinks, meals, or naps. Have fires by the lake under the stars with the firepit. No steps to the cottage. Inside are two bedrooms-- one with a set of bunkbeds and the other with two single beds with boxsprings that combine for a king size bed. The couch in the TV room pulls out to a full size bed. Indoor eating area, fully equipped kitchen including refridgerator, electric stove & oven, and microwave. Air Conditioner. Full size stacking washer/dryer. Bathroom with shower. Located on a private, quiet street for bike rides with plenty of off street parking. Close to full service grocery, bank, gas and Yankee Springs State Park recreation area. Golf courses and horseback riding nearby.

Discount for multiple weeks.
Rent is due in full 30 days prior to rental date.
Reservation deposit of $250 required to book your week.
This $250 is your security deposit and will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, providing the cottage is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
The $250 is non-refundable if you cancel.
