Our Home away from Home is a Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath split plan 
home in nice friendly neighborhood.  This home has a nice New 
30 Foot MultiLevel Dock with Power and Snook Lights for your boat 
or fishing and sunbathing. We are also located in a Sailboat  
community only a short distance to the harbor with no fixed bridges.  
It is only three minutes to Beach Complex by boat or car. 
Plenty of golfing, fishing, sandy beaches, community pool  
with beach and pier...Punta Gorda's Fisherman's Village 
right across the harbor 10 minutes by boat or car. You will find  
fine dining, shopping and live entertainment. Bring your boat or 
rent one nearby. Port Charlotte is a small Town across the Harbor 
from Punta Gorda.

3 month Min Nov-May $2800 mo, includes utilities  
allowance. 
Weekly during Jan,March $950.00 Feb $1,000 if booked by Nov 15th 
Weekly April, May, Oct, Nov Dec $900 wk- utilities included 
Weekly June-Sept $800.00 WK $2600 per month (4 weeks) utilities 
included. 
All Holiday Weeks  $1,100.00 except on Monthly rentals utilities 
included. 
 
Cleaning $65-$95 depending on amount of people,damage deposit 
$200 weekly, $500 monthly 
Pet Fee $75.00  $50.00 Deposit $150.00 weekly, $300 montly/seasonal 
1 Small Pet Only- (No Felines)
