Vacation Rental Description

Newer townhome - 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully furnished including 
pots, pans, silverware, plates and cups. Home has a 2 car garage, 
washer & dryer. Large balcony on second floor facing ocean. Lovely 
evening breezes! Master bedroom has a king size bed, two closets, 
jacuzzi tub with separate shower and doors out to balcony. Bedrooms 
2 & 3 have queen size beds. Two baths upstairs and half bath on 
first floor. First floor is well appointed with tile throughout, 
dining area, bar area with stools, fully loaded kitchen, family room 
and back yard for those lazy day BBQ's (BBQ grill kept in garage) 
with comfortable chairs.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has it all.  Sheets, towels, nicely furnished, cable tv, 
high speed internet, telephone, alarm system, pots, pans, plates, 
glasses, silverware, washer and dryer (so you don't have to take any 
dirty clothes home).

Beautiful Cape Canaveral beach is steps away. White, soft sand. Non-
driving beach. Nice quiet neighborhood, but just minutes away from 
all the activities Central Florida has to offer. Watch the cruise 
ships (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney)leave Port Canaveral; watch 
and photograph the dolphins swim by in the ocean; see the next 
shuttle launch; spectacular fireworks for July 4th hosted by the 
well renowned Ron Jon's (5 minutes away).
