The Master Suite has a sitting area with a waterfront view,  the bath is wheelchair friendly. The living room has a wood burning fireplace.

Feel romantic you can eat or seat in the lanai where you can enjoy the peaceful scenery of the bay.  Has a one car garage and a lot 65' x 144' located on a quiet dead end street.  Short distance to beaches, trails, parks and golf courses.

Very well kept home and garden.   Can pick your own limes and grapefruits from the yard when in season.   Handicapped friendly.   Sorry no children under 9, smoking nor pets are allowed.   The house has a lot of porcelain figures, glass tables not recommended nor safe for families with young ones.

Walking distance to Pinella trail.  Less than 5 minutes to beaches, golf, fishing, boating, shopping, churches, boat rides etc..   Busch Gardens is 45 minute drive and Disney 1 1/2 hour.   No alligators in our neighborhood so children can play freely.   

Rent from $2,000 per month. The rent includes water, electricity, cable and lawn service.  Minimum rental is 1 MONTH.    One time cleaning Fee of $120.  Security Deposit $700 that will be returned once the house is inspected at the end of rental and found in the same condition it was rented.

Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation penalty percentage 
charges will be assesed of the total rental fee: 

Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date - 20% penalty 
Between 45 and 60 days prior to the arrival date - 40% penalty 
Less than 45 days prior to the arrival date - 100% penalty

Boat lift and boat not included in rental.  Sorry no smoking nor pets allowed.
