Your arrival at Casa Marina 352 will leave you in awe.  From the 
moment you walk in you'll know you have found your home away from 
home in paradise.  The well-designed layout of the condo provides 
you with gorgeous waterfront and Estero Bay views from almost every 
room.  You'll appreciate the owners' superior, elegant, rich 
furnishings, and opulent decor throughout.  No vacation in paradise 
would be complete without these lavish accommodations.  This 
fantasitc two bedroom, two full bath condo, sleeps a maximum of 6 
persons.

The large living room is decorated in beautiful, handsome, dark, 
brown leather furniture, accompanied by slate and metal tables, and 
magnificent, ornate wooden hutches.  Feel the Bay breeze through the 
long, triple glass sliders.  Watch the boats in Estero Bay pass by, 
and the manatees and dolphins swim into the intersecting canals.  
Enjoy your favorite TV show or a DVD while relaxing in the living 
room.  The sofa converts into a queen size bed for an additional two 
guests if needed.

Unwind while you eat your meals at the stylish glass dining room 
table, or hang at the breakfast bar and chat with those in the 
kitchen preparing the meals.  For maximum views enjoy your meals on 
the large 30' lanai while overlooking the peaceful surrounding 
waters.

You'll love preparing your meals in the well appointed, modern 
kitchen.  It has everything you could want or need for preparing 
delicious gourmet meals or just a quick sandwish.  Clean up couldn't 
be easier with a dishwasher.  Of course a full size fridge, with ice 
maker, an oven and microwave are all there for your use as well.

The graceful master bedroom has an extravagant king size canopy bed, 
with luxurious linens to surround you in comfort.  It is complete 
with full, private ensuite bath, in-room TV and VHS for your late 
night movie enjoyment.  There is also a large walk-in closet with 
professional built-in closet organizers.  Wake to the beautiful 
sunrises over the water, out on your encloed lanai.

The guest bedroom offers a stylish queen size bed, modern 
furnishings, along with a large walk-in closet with built-in 
organizers, and a second full bathroom.

Your own private, in-condo, laundry facilities are also included.  
If tennis is your thing, there are courts close by, so bring your 
rackets!

Casa Marina boasts a very large, 27x57 foot, in-ground heated pool 
with a morning water aerobics program for those who want to get 
involved, stay fit, and meet others.  Water aerobics not your cup of 
tea?  No problem.  Relax poolside on the comfortable lounging 
furniture and read a book or take an afternoon siesta.  There are 
also poolside restrooms for your convenience.

For those who might be interested in renting a boat or personal 
watercraft, or if you'll be bringing your own, we have boat slips 
available for your use during your stay.  The canals on either side 
of the complex offer excellent fishing right from the dock.  You can 
also spot dolphins and manatees swimming through as well.

Enjoy golfing?  This is the condo for you!  Located right next to 
the executive-style, public golf course on Fort Myers Beach, known 
as Bay Beach, you can walk out the condo and right to the course.  
Grab a cart or walk and get some extra exercise.  

Casa Marina complex is located towards the South end of the island 
on Fort Myers Beach.  Trolley stops going both North and South are 
located at the end of the road, just a short walk away.  Enjoy the 7 
miles of sugar sand beach, and some of the widest parts of the beach 
on the island.  Casa Marina is centrally located to shops, 
restaurants, the movie theatre, groceries, post office and much 
more.  Everything is within walking distance to the condo.

For those who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer to our guests 
our full concierge service, daily housekeeping and turn down 
services.  Let us know how our concierge can assist you.  We can 
arrange for special occasion items to be waiting for you, or that 
special someone in your party, upon your arrival.  Groceries, fresh 
fruit baskets, floral arrangements, a Harley rental, boat rentals, 
limo/dinner packages, an in-house massage, are all things that we 
can arrange for you to make your vacation ultra special.  Need bikes 
to scoot around the island with?  Kayaks to explore Estero Bay 
with?  A crib or high chair for a little one?  Let us know.  We 
offer a full rental department for those "extra" items that you may 
need or don't want to bring with you.  Everything is delivered to 
you for your arrival and picked up the day of your departure.  So 
you can relax and enjoy your vacation in paradise.

Off Peak Season - May 1 - Nov 30 ...... $ 650.00/week
Peak Season - Dec 1 - April 30 ........ $1100.00/week
Christmas and New Years Weeks ......... $1300.00/week
Thanksgiving Week ..................... $1200.00/week

Add 11% FL Sales Tax and a $500 refundable security deposit.  10% 
discount for 4 weeks consecutive rental.  Rates include all 
utilities and final cleaning and set up.  Arrival/departure days of 
the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
