Extra Innings in Cape San Blas

Cape San Blas is truly the way Florida was 40 years ago, quiet , peaceful and relaxing. Some of the
prettiest beaches in the country without all the crowds and traffic. This home has three bedrooms
and two baths upstairs and a bedroom and full bath downstairs with two twin beds. Even though we're
not Gulf front, the beach is less than a minutes walk from the house and the view from the balcony
is amazing.
Panama City is 1 hour west if you want theme parks and hustle and bustle. Apalachicola is 20 minutes
east with great shopping and a small fishing village. Port St. Joe is the closest town and has
shopping, resturants and a modern marina. St. Joe Bay offers some of the best fishing in the state.
There are scallops to be gathered (in season) and some of the clearest, cleanest water in the Gulf.
St. Joseph State Park is just 1/2 mile north, occupying the northern end of the Cape. The park has a
boat ramp of it's own and is a nature lover's dream.

4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, full Kitchen, screened in porch upstairs with pic-nic table, gas grill, gas fire
place, Cable TV with VCR and DVD, high speed internet, washer and dryer, covered parking, outdoor shower, the forth
bedroom is downstairs
with it's own entrance, twin beds, TV w/ cable and dvd and it's own bathroom. There's also a second
refridge down-stairs for more storage or for beach drinks.

Re-connecting with your family, fishing, shelling, kayaking, horseback riding, bird
watching,scalloping (in season), golf course near-by, full service marina in town offering access to
some of the most productive offshore waters in the state.
