required. There is a ski mountain shuttle stop across the street 
during ski season.  
 
The house is 3bdr/2ba and a couple blocks from the center of town.

The house is available from October 2007 - May 2008 and rates are 
dependent on season as well as availability and length of stay.  
 
Rental can be weekly or monthly, and occasionally per night. Starting 
at $1,350/wk plus deposit and $100 cleaning fee. Rates increase in 
December - February.
