Vacation Rental Description

BellaVida, Italian for ‘Beautiful Life’, features a collection of 
inspired  family vacation homes surrounded by beautiful conservation 
areas and community lakes. The barrel- tiled roofs and colourful exteriors
will remind you of being in the Mediterranean. An impressive 25-foot 
waterfall greets you as you arrive through the concierge-manned gates, 
and just beyond that there is the Italian-inspired clubhouse. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The perfect combination of comfort and openness, the 1493 sq 
ft ‘Tall Palms 2007 Townhome’ brings a true sense of home to a 
tropical resort. The great open-plan ground-floor room is flooded 
with light through the many windows which overlook the paved patio, 
which is large enough for a private, screen-enclosed pool. Our home 
is professionally furnished and comprises of one en-suite king-
bedded master bedroom with TV, one en-suite queen-bedded room and 
two twins sharing a third bathroom, making our home ideal also for 
two families to stay. The property is fully air-conditioned with 
clothes washing/drying facilities and ceiling fans. The island-style 
kitchen and living area are furnished to a high standard and are 
fully equipped with all the mod cons. 

Activities and Attractions

BellaVida's 6,700 sq ft 24-hour manned clubhouse features an on-site 
concierge, fitness centre, arcade, cyber café, spacious lounge with 
televisions, large resort pool and spa, plus basketball and 
volleyball courts. If you're looking to connect with nature, a walk 
through the Italian gardens, the nature preserve or around the 10-
acre lakes will surely be perfect……. BellaVida is located just off 
US 192, behind ‘Medieval Times’ in the heart of it all… just 8 
minutes drive from Disney and 15 drive minutes from Seaworld 
and Universal. A large Walmart Store is also just minutes away.
