Located in beautiful Cheney's Point which is on the west side of
Chauatuaqua Lake. This home is right on the lake. There is an 80 foot
by 80 foot yard between the house and the lake. There is a new,
private dock which can be used for boat docking, fishing, swimming or
tanning. It is 6 miles from the main gate at Chautauqua Institution.
Large front porch facing the lake which is great for dinning or just
relaxing and enjoying the view.

This home was newly remodeled in 2006. It has 4 bedrooms with a king
and 3 doubles. Full bath up and a half bath down. Includes a dining
room, kitchen, and large living room with a fireplace. Off of the
front porch is a cement patio with adirondack furniture, a charcoal
grill, and a fire pit. Extras include: washer, dryer, microwave, tv,
vcr, dvd.

Swimming, boating, fishing, waterskiing. Boats, jetskis and other
equipement are available at nearby marina's to rent. Many tourist
attractions including the world famous Chautauqua Institution. Check
out Bemus Point with numerous resturants. Just 4 miles from the house
is the unique children's park, Midway, which has food, entertainment
and children's rides.
