a well equipped laundry room. The main living area has a large screen TV complete with DVD and  
surround sound system for your enjoyment.  
 
This incredible pool is second to none! - measuring 38' x 18' - with beautiful waterfalls, kiddie  
pool, oversized spa and deck area, with an incredible view of Star Lake. Plenty of lawn furniture  
and lounge chairs are provided for your relaxation or while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets in the  
evening. Outside ceiling fans are located in the extended deck area for even more comfort. This home  
is perfect for those days when you need total relaxation. All doors leading to the pool area are  
alarmed for your children's safety.  
 
Your very own private games room is yet another wonderful amenity that this villa provides. There  
you will find a full size billiard table, X-Box. This will keep the kids happy.... especially
