and it is also stocked with any need you may have for adults or
children. The Kima is one half mile north of the famous John's Pass
Village and Boardwalk, one-half block to a convenience store, and one
half mile south of the local supermarket. Enjoy the peacefulness and
imagine yourself lounging on the sandy beach, the waves lapping at
your feet, you can actually watch dolphins play right in front of
you! Or lounge poolside, book in hand, drinking your favorite
beverage.
How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun melts into the
Gulf of Mexico? Watch the Dolphins play in the Gulf directly in front
of you. The Kima offers spectacular sunsets every night from your
own private balcony.
Park your car and walk or ride the trolly!

within 45 minutes- Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal

are under 2 hours, The sponge docks and wonderful Greek dining in
Tarpon Springs less than an hour drive- trolly bus runs from
Clearwater beach to St Pete beach daily.

Kima has a 1 week minimum stay

Ocean Sands is 2 week minimum and is available January and February

Madeira Bay is a 2 night minimum
