minutes from Daytona, and 45 minutes to Orlando.

Listen to the waves at night as the palms rustle in the ocean
breeze. Large screened porch with natural stone tile overlooks pool
and expansive back yard complete with deck and barbque grill. Back
yard also has outside shower to wash off the sand when you return
from the beach. Home has just been totally renovated. Taracotta tile
throughout, brand new kitchen and appliances, fireplace, formal
dining and living rooms. This is a 3 bedroom split plan. King bed in
master and 2nd bedroom, queen in 3rd bedroom. The family room also
has a sofa bed. Can sleep up to 8.

Stay in the tranquil community of Ponce Inlet and avoid the crowds
and traffic of Daytona only 10 minutes away. There are many great
restaurants and bars. Several are located on the beach or our
beautiful intercoastal waterway. Most have live entertainment as
well.

We have the best surfing in Florida, a state park on the beach,
jetskiing, windsurfing, and a nightly casino cruise.

This home will be your perfect beach retreat. We look forward to
