Vacation Rental Rates

Nov,Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr -- $1350/week.  $3000/month

May,June,July,Aug,Sept,Oct -- $1000/week.  $2400/month.

One (1) week minimum stay. 

Multiple month and yearly discount available.

All rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: 
$500 secuity deposit is due within 10 days of booking your 
reservation. Personal check or money order must be received within 
10 days of booking to avoid cancellation.

CLEANING FEE:
Rates do not include additional cleaning fee of $150.00.

RENTAL PAYMENT:
Full payment is due within 30 days of your scheduled check in  
date. Personal check and money order accepted.  

CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel within 30 days of your scheduled check in and receive 
a full refund. Notice must be in writing.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES:
3:00PM check in and 11:00AM check out.
