Florida, located on a beautiful preserve. Just 5 minutes from Boca  
Grande & the Gulf Beaches. Don Pedro State Park is across the road  
(walking distance) and it is minutes up the road to the ferry that  
will take you over to Palm Island for dinner and a beautiful sunset.  
 
The resort offers a beautiful heated pool,hot tub,Fabulous  
Community Center,and a State-of-the-Art Fitness Center. 
 
It offers many activities on-site(see below) and there is quick and  
easy access to golf courses, boating, fishing, kayaking, jetski  
rentals, and the many beautiful free gulf beaches.

One time cleaning fee $80.00 
Security Deposit $500.00 
Utility cap for electric $100.00 per month
