Vacation Rental Description

124 Spartina Circle is a family friendly four bedroom home plus a 
carriage house.  This 3100 sq. ft home is ideally located just steps 
from Camp WaterColor pool, playground and Wood Fern Park.  
WaterColor Crossings shopping center with a Publix grocery, a video 
store plus a variety of other stores is just minutes away.

This home is professionally decorated throughout with all the home 
amenities you would want on a family vacation.  The first floor is 
an open living area with a flat screen TV in the family room while 
the dining area will accomodate eight at the table and additional 
seating for four at the kitchen counter.  The Master Suite is also 
located downstairs with a king size bed and large bath with a 
separate shower and tub.  Upstairs you will find a king size 
bedroom, double size bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds.  Each 
bedroom has its own television.

Above the two car garage is the carriage house with one bedroom and 
bath.  It offers a king size bed, sleeper sofa, full bath, den, two 
plasma televisions and a washer/dryer.  The carriage house is the 
perfect answer for the nanny, teenagers or grandparents.

Guests at 124 Spartina Circle will enjoy the fully furnished 
screened in porch with a gas fireplace for family gatherings, the 
sleeping swing on the front porch, WIFI internet, a grill, outdoor 
shower and a two car garage.

Your accomodations include access to the exclusive ocean front 
WaterColor beach club with a large pool and beachside restaurant 
plus access to all the WaterColor pools throughout the resort.  
Bikes will be furnished for you to enjoy the biking/walking trails 
throughout the beautiful WaterColor resort.

clock tower fountain. The Tennis Center features a stadium court surrounded by a grass-stepped 
terrace for the gallery, and five Har-Tru HydroCourts, including three that are lit for night play.
