$300.00 per night 2 adults
$400.00 per night 3 to 4 adults (4 people max)
$400.00 - $500.00 per night on Holidays
$1,200.00 to 1,600.00 per week
$3,000. to $4,000. Monthly - no tax
Tax - 10.78% only on under 30 day stay

$500.00 security deposit - refundable - money order only not on 
credit card.
        cleaning fee is included in all rental rates.

Accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash 
for all rents. 
 No Personal Checks. Security Deposits on money orders only.
