The house is beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms (One King and 2
Queens) 2 full baths and 2-3/4
baths. Solid Pine cabinetry and doors, granite countertops, stainless
& black appliances include
side by side refridgerator, microwave and dishwasher, fully stocked
kitchenwares for cooking and
serving. Each bedroom has its own private bath with granite counters
and porcelain tile floors.
There are decks off of both levels with views of the Park City
mountain resort. There is a single
car garage with ski racks to hang ski and snowboard equipment or
mountain bikes during the summer.
Gas Fireplace
A queen size air mattress and single daybed are also available for kids.
Pets under 40 pounds are welcome. Other pets will be considered.

High Season:

Christmas, New Years and Presidents day: $600/night
Sundance: $950.00
April 15th through December 15th.
2500/month or 110/night (minimum 3 night stay)
