Clearwater Beach, this is the only condominium- so you have miles of white sand beaches to walk to a
nature preserve and park at the end. Our unit had both living room and bedroom opening out to an oversized balcony, with front row seating for the sunsets and gulf views!Fully furnished and stocked
with everything you need to make your stay a wonderful getaway. We are on same floor as the fitness center, which offers both machines and free weights and t.v.;s while looking out onto the Gulf. We are down hall from laundry room Our unit had open kitchen with a granite breakfast bar. so you have views of the beach as well. Flat screen wall mounted tv with Surround sound, and dvd outdoor dining table seats 4. Sectional couch open to a queen bed. Tv and dvd in bedroom as well. We have 2 bicylcles for your use, rafts, lounge chairs, beach equipment, iron ironing board, fully stocked kitchen, etc.

with lots of loungers and tables and umbrellas , along with covered
lanai areas to escape the sun. We are a quick 10 minute walk or less to the Sandpearl Resort, a beautiful new  hotel/spa resort right on the beach, with 2 restaurants, including an outdoor one right on the sand with a firepit with cocktail service.; as well as Frenchy's and Palm Pavillion- two landmark Clearwater Beach seafood restauranr/bars.  We are not far from the Pier, where everyone gathers at sunset and shops and the main beach area, that offers a marina with deep sea fishing, many shops and reaturants to choose from, and a trolley picks up in front every 15-20 minutes to take you into Clearwater Beach and other beach areas- minutes from the Marina, Ma rine Science Center, 4 Frenchy's restaurants, Crabby Bill's, varied shops and a
variety of restaurants!
