Vacation Rental Description

1650 sq ft home built in 2005 located in the Rio Buena Vista 
community.  Home is located on the River's Edge Golf Course and 
steps away from the Colorado River.  This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation 
home comes completely furnished with all of the modern conveniences 
of home including laundry room with full sized washer/dryer, 
cable TV, indoor/outdoor speakers & stereo, patio with furniture 
& outdoor shower.  

This family friendly community offers a pool & spa as well as 
volleyball & basketball courts.  There are 2 launch ramps each 
within 5 minutes.

Don’t feel like taking the boat out but still want to soak up the 
sun?  The warm sandy beaches of the Colorado River are 50 yards 
away!  Private beach offered with stair access as well as public 
beach access!  Laughlin is only a 30 minute drive accross the bridge!

No smoking & No pets!

Summer Rates (May- September):        $1000 per week
                                        
Snowbird Rates (October - April):     $500  per week

OTHER RATE INFO: 
$500.00 refundable *security deposit is required to hold date.  

There will be a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee deducted from the 
security deposit.
 
*Security deposit will only be refunded if there is no missing or 
damaged property. 72 hour cancellation notice is required, if 
cancellation requirement is not met you will be charged a fee 
depending on length of stay agreement. NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAY STAYS.
