vacation rental description
1650 sq ft home built in 2005 located in the Rio Buena Vista
community. Home is located on the River's Edge Golf Course and
steps away from the Colorado River. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation
home comes completely furnished with all of the modern conveniences
of home including laundry room with full sized washer/dryer,
cable TV, indoor/outdoor speakers & stereo, patio with furniture
& outdoor shower.
This family friendly community offers a pool & spa as well as
volleyball & basketball courts. There are 2 launch ramps each
within 5 minutes.
Don't feel like taking the boat out but still want to soak up the
sun? The warm sandy beaches of the Colorado River are 50 yards
away! Private beach offered with stair access as well as public
beach access! Laughlin is only a 30 minute drive accross the bridge!
This home is VERY kid friendly. Please no smoking & No pets!

OTHER RATE INFO:
$500.00 refundable *security deposit is required to hold date*
There will be a $125 non-refundable cleaning fee deducted from the
security deposit.
*Security deposit will only be refunded if there is no missing or
damaged property.
Cancellation Notice:
1 week notice for nightly stays, 2 weeks notice for weekly stays and 1 month notice for monthly stays.
NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAY STAYS.

A lease agreement will need to be signed at the time of the deposit.
Check in is at 2:00pm on arrival date
