living space.    

FULL Length Windows allow for endless unobstructed views from EVERY 
room except the bathrooms.    Lots of closet space, Hurricane 
windows with solar tinting, Pool, FREE Laundry facilities, storage 
area, and covered carport included on this unit.   

Building is extremely well maintained, ELEVATOR, Newer Roof, New 
Pool Pump and Pool heater, New Plumbing Stacks, New upgraded 
electrical, and Newer AC unit.    

Very tastfully furnished, you will be extremely comfortable in this 
one.  Steps to the Pavillion, the ice cream and sno-cone vendor,

Stocked Kitchen with all Appliances.   Nothing overlooked...We even

Activities and Attractions

Swim in the pool or in the Gulf of Mexico.  Your stay will place you 
right on the beach at the  VENICE BEACH PAVILLION in the heart of it 
all.   Sunbathe daily at the Pavillion or visit any of the 5 beaches 
you will be able to get to within minutes.  

Eat at the Yacht Club, The Famous Crows Nest Restaurant, Marker 4, 
Luna's Italian, Mi Pueblo Mexican restaurant, Sharkey's on the Pier, 
Altheas off Miami street, Bushido Sushi off Venice Ave, Ntinos 
Pizzeria and Restaurant (inexpensive and plentiful), Saltwater Café 
(superb seafood), Goldrush Barbeque (great baby back ribs),  or grab 
a beer and Pizza at Bogey's while watching your favorite sports team.

Attend plays at the Venice Theatre, Go fishing for a grouper dinner 
off Sharkeys Pier or the Jetties, rent Scuba gear or catch a charter 
boat at Fisherman's Wharf, go golfing at one of many public golf 
courses, play tennis at the city park a few blocks walk 
to your door, bicycle or walk around the Island.  There is so much 
fun here you can not help but feel like you are in Paradise.

Daytripping getaways include spending the day at World Famous 
beaches of Siesta Key or Sanibel Island, being able to Hydrofoil to 
Key West from Fort Myers 70 miles, Take a ride to Busch Gardens 75 
miles away or Disney 120 miles, See birds and alligators by taking 
an airboat ride through the Everglades national Park.   Visit Myakka 
State Park in Sarasota for a closer trip.     

Getting out at night: 
(Sunday night is “Reggae Nite” featuring a live Calypso 
Band - a must for that island feel), Marker 4 Oyster Bar has a 
Friday night fish fry, and The Crows Nest Marina Restaurant and 
taveren downstairs.  Watch local aircraft take off at Tiki Bar 
restaurant off Airport Road next to Municipal Airport.  

Other area attractions include: Sarasota Kennel Club Dog Racing, 
Sarasota Culture and Theater, Sarasota Restaurants, Ringling 
Brothers Circus and Art Museums, the Mote Marine Aquarium 
and Laboratory, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle 
Gardens, The Gulfcoast Wonder and Imagination Zone, and the Museum 
of Cars and Music which are all located in Sarasota only 30 minutes 
north of Venice. Fort Myers is 1 hour south; Tampa and Busch Gardens 
is 1.5 hours north; Orlando/Disney is 2.5 hours northeast.

All Rates subject to 10% total city and county tourism tax.
$100.00 Cleaning fee
500.00 Security Deposit rufunded upon move out if no damages.
