La casa de las Palmeras
The house is located in kilometer 2,5 of the single highway Telchac-
San Crisanto to 45 minutes of the city of Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.
Telchac is a small place where you can enjoy the amiability of its
people as to watch beautiful landscapes.

Beautiful two story house. Upstairs, you’ll find large bedroom with
double bed, balcony (with at beautiful sea view), full bath,
equipped with hot water, dressing room, air conditioning and TV.
The ground floor counts on two bedrooms with double bed, beautiful
sea view, TV, fan, terrace and full bath with hot water. All bedding
and linens included.

The house has a tropical garden with a palm tree, native trees and
big terrace where you can hang up hammocks and enjoy the cool
breezes in the evenings or relax in the beach chair, has also
two “Palapas” (traditional structure with grass roof).

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove of 4 burners,
dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, microwave. The service quarters
have kitchenette and a full bathroom.

En la casa de la Palmeras you can enjoy the sunset, can walk in the
beach, go of fishing, enjoy a good reading, go to dive or swim in
calm waters of the ocean.
You can visit The ruin of Xcambo is 10 minutes away; the port of
Progreso is 30 minutes away, where you will found good restaurants,
gas station, supermarket and their magnificent boardwalk.
In 20 minutes you can arrive to Uaymitun, where you will be able to
watch the pink flamingos and many other water birds. At only 45
minutes you can visit the colonial city of Mérida where you can
stroll the museums, theaters, and parks and of course the Montejo´s
Avenue. Single two hours of the city of Mérida you can visit the
arquelogica zone of Chichen Itza
