Vacation Rental Description

    WELCOME--to one of the nicest condo's on (New Smyrna Beach) one 
of the finest beaches in Florida. We are located just a few steps 
from the ocean,and miles of white sandy beach. Once checked-in,
you'll love our condo as we do. At 1175 square feet, our 2br/2bath
condo is roomy,with an additional 14 foot balcony overlooking the
very large pool. 
Fall asleep each evening with the gentle sounds of the surf and the
evening ocean breeze's. Our spacious master suite has a king size 
bed,walk-in closet,27" color t.v.,separate vanity/bath area, and 
sliding glass doors to the balcony. The second bedroom has a large 
window,twin beds, walk-in closet, and separate bathroom. The kitchen
is fully equipped including dishwasher,stove,built-in microwave,
large refrigerator/ice maker,toaster,coffee pot,forman grill,etc
with breakfest bar. The dining area is open to the living room
and t.v. area.
Your rental includes plenty of parking and private beach access.
"PONCE DE LEON" condominium has a large private heated pool.
Located one mile south of historic flagler ave on atlantic ave.
Flagler ave is home to restaurants,coffee shops,night life,retail
stores,ice cream shops and bike rentals. As owners,we have a 
personal 
interest in your stay. We want to do everything possible to make 
your 
vacation a memorable one. Whether you stay with us, or someplace 
else,
we know you will enjoy New Smyrna Beach as much as we do.

For the continued comfort of all our guests this is a Non-Smoking,
NO PETS ALLOWED unit. Fido and Casper must stay home.

Our 4th floor condo is completly furnished for your MOST enjoyable 
stay.
Master Suite--King size bed with all linens,27" TV,phone,walk in 
closet, sliding doors to balcony, duel sink private bath.
Second bedroom--Twin beds, all linens,walk in closet, large window
private 2nd bath.
Kitchen--Fully equipped including all appliances,cooking utensils,
dishes,silverware,foreman grill,blender and glassware.
Living Room--Fully furnished (new furniture)
Dining Area--Table with 6 chairs, counter bar.
Balcony--Table with 4 chairs and 2 side tables.
Beach Chairs and sand toys
Washer & Dryer on each floor. (around corner 40 ft)
Large heated pool with expansive patio including lounge chaise's
chairs and umbrella tables. Shuffleboard courts
Private access to the worlds safest beach. (outside shower)
Community Room with pool table located on first floor

                beach chair at waters edge.
            

Activities and Attractions

      New Smyrna Beach offers over 13 miles of pristine white sand 
beach. Swimming,boating,surfing,shelling,surf fishing,jet skiing,
bicycles,mopeds,4 wheelers.
Just an hour's drive to Disney World,Universal Studios,Sea World,
and all of Orlando's other attractions.
Less than 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 20 minutes 
to the Daytona Speedway and Museum.
Walk historic Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants, or rent a bike
to get around town. Moped scooter and 4 runners also available.
Deep sea fishing and scuba diving trips available locally.
Boat rentals, and quality golf and tennis nearby.

RENTALS ARE SATURDAY 2-5PM CHECK-IN, THRU SATURDAY 10AM CHECK-OUT.




Balance due 15 days prior to arrival...No refunds for early 
departure.
