3-Bdrm, 2-1/2 Bath Resort condo with downstairs cabana, in gated community.  Located on breathtaking  
sunset bay on Blackwater Sound, in beautiful Key Largo, Florida.  Property is 2-1/2 upstairs and 1-1 
cabana room with full kitchen downstairs, with separate entrance, all newly decorated and 
furnished with almost everything you could possibly think of for that 
total relaxing island experience! Within walking distance and minutes from many attractions,  
restaurants and shopping!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated swimming pool, children pool, tennis-basketball courts, and a 
beautiful sunset terrace to watch the sunset in everyone's favorite 
Blackwater Bay. Tiki huts with BBQ grills and fish cutting stations.  
Also included is a brand new marina with a 30 ft boat dock with water and electric. 
Ocean-bay access is immediately south and north of our marina, next access is 
approx. 20 miles south.

Activities and Attractions

Shopping, grocery stores, great restaurants, and activities including 
swimming with the dophins, fishing and diving in John Pennecamp Ocean 
Reef National Park are within the immediate area some within walking distance.  Less than 1 hr form 
Miami International Airport.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly $1300.00 for just upstairs, and $1500.00 for upstairs and 
separate downstairs cabana room.  Monthly $3000.00 for upstairs and 
down, may negotiate price for just upstairs.  Must obey condo rules 
and regulations! These prices reflect dates November 16, 2007 thru 
April 30, 2008.  From May 1,2008 thru November 15, 2008 weekly 
$1100.00 for just upstairs, and $1300.00 for upstairs and downstairs 
efficiency.  Monthly $2700.00 for upstairs and downstairs efficiency.
