Desert Hills II Townhome in Green Valley

We are located 20 miles south of Tucson, 30 miles north of the
Mexican border in a 55+ community.

We have this charming 1450 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus an
Arizona room, adobe constructed townhouse that has been redecorated
with an unobstructed view of arroyo and Santa Rita Mountains from
the front yard with a private walled rear patio that backs up to the
common area. No smoking, no pets please.

We also rent during the Fall and the Holidays.

Fully furnished: All appliances, linens and utensils are supplied.

King size bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest room and
also a sleeper sofa for unexpected company, galley kitchen, separate
dining room that seats six, three televisions with cable, outdoor
barbecue, patio table and chairs.

Lot to do! Fun in the sun!

Located in a historic area; seven golf courses, shopping, the art
community of Tubac, hiking, bird watching.

Museums, zoo, cultural activities and many outstanding restaurants
to visit and sample in nearby Tucson, as well as right here in Green
Valley.

Optional: Green Valley Recreation Facilites with pools, spas,
exercise room, tennis and classes available.

Winter rates: Dec., Jan., Feb. and March $2,150.00, includes all
utilities; Internet available.

Winter and summer rates are negotiable for 3 month stay, or longer.

$500.00 refundable deposit required, refunded two weeks after final
check-out.

$75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee paid at check-in.

Green Valley Recreation facilities available with small tenant fee.
