Vacation Rental Description

Fully furnished 2 story condo town home (approx 1600sq.ft.)with an 
attached garage. Decorated in a desert vacation theme and located in
a private gated community beautifully landsacaped. There is a fully 
equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave dishwasher, all 
basic kitchen appliances, dishes & utensils.  Condo is fully 
furnished with 2 Master Bedroom suites with king size beds and full 
baths, one on each level, with ceiling fans and  plenty of closet 
space.  All bed linens provided. There is a 3rd convertible 
bedroom/den with a queen size folding bed that can sleep 2 people 
comfortably. Living room has a fireplace and wet bar.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The amenities include air/conditioning, washer/dryer, two TV's w/DVD 
player, dishwasher, gas barbecue, furnished patios with table and 
chairs overlooking open green agrea. There are 3 pools with 3 
separate Jacuzzis in close proximity to choose from, and a putting
to catch up on your short game as well as several free tennis 
courts.  There is also a very nicely appointed clubhouse with a fully
equipped gym, pool table, and television for your use. The recreation 
center has a weekly get together on Saturdays so that you can meet
your neighbors if you wish. It's a great place to lounge at in the 
afternoon with the kids.

Centrally located to all shops on El Paseo, The Rivers,major shopping 
mall, swap meets on weekends, as well as various golf courses, and
the famous Marriott resort next door.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming Pools, tennis courts, putting greens, minutes from several 
golf courses, the famous "EL Paseo Drive" with fine dining and 
shoppingand  "The Rivers" entertainment center with a variety of 
restaurants, shops,as well as a large movie theatre.
Also a short distance to any of the fine art/children's 
museums, casinos, golf courses, shopping outlets and tram.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are available weekly from $1100.00 to $1500.00. Security 
Deposit required on rental.  
an additional $100.00 housekeeping fee is also required per stay.  
Rates are subject to change during the 
holiday season starting november 1st.  Book in advance and save on 
the additional fee!!!
