Vacation Rental Description

Located on 200 feet of Atlantic shoreline our guesthouses will relax 
and inspire you.  This tropical paradise on a barrier island is just 
off the mainland in Florida.  Whether it is a weekend getaway for 
two or a family reunion our guesthouses can accomodate all.  Our 
property is surrounded by lush gardens and crystals.  These 
guesthouses are either oceanfront or oceanside. 

Our staff is ready for an e-mail or phone call to answer any 
questions you might have.  We look forward to your arrival!

We do have two "dog friendly" guesthouses are available.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

All guesthouses have cable tv/dvd player,complimentary wireless 
access, VIP Boom Fitness 
Club passes along with weekly maid service.  Daily linen service can 
be requested.

Beachchairs, umbrellas and three seperate fabulous ocean decks are 
for everyone to enjoy!  These decks are accompanied by grills for 
BBQs and relaxing Adirondack rockers.  Tranquility can be found in a 
comfy cotton hamocock while the ocean breeze lulls you into peace.

Activities and Attractions

Staying at the BeachPlace Guesthouses allows your to partake in a 
full array of fun!  Beach lovers will enjoy kid friendly toys, bocce 
ball, beach volleyball, crocket and more!  Bring your surf board as 
Cocoa Beach is the capital of surfing on the east coast!

Adventurers will be amazed on our Indian River Cruises with a choice 
of morning or sunset cruises.  The casino boats have daily outings 
and are just a short ride away.  Kennedy Space Center and 
DisneyWorld are located near us also!
