panoramic views up and down the Coast of Monterey and Santa Cruz,  
Ca. Whether you are looking for an escape, a family reunion, a  
surprise birthday party location or a relaxing few weeks by the  
beach, you will love this house. This house was previously rented  
and many people came back year after year as the house held many  
happy memories for a lot of people. The property is on Manresa  
beach, which is perfect for children, surfing, fishing, sunbathing  
or just plain fun.  
You will never be bored in this house. It is in a location that will  
ensure your comfort. pick a spot by the window to put your feet up,  
read or sit with your favorite Chardonnay as the sun sets. The  
kitchen, bedrooms and all living areas in the home have increadible  
ocean views. You will also find a bbq located on the upper deck. Why

shopping center in Aptos, Ca. It is within 20 minutes from Santa

The home has 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, a  
day bed w/trundle that turns into king size bed.  
oceaviews from each living area in the home, family size gas grill  
on the deck overlooking the water and right above the sandy beach.

surfing, body surfing, sunbathing, walking (two plus mile beach  
stretch), jogging, bbqing, bonfires, volleyball and many other

Vacation Rental Rates

Visa/Mc Accepted  
 
Low Season: $2,625.00 per week 
High Season and holidays: $2,975.00 per week. 
Two night minimum = Low Season $375.00/per night - High Season  
$425.00 per night. 
 
High Season is from May 1st through September 10th every year. 
additional photos will be provided upon request. 
 
Thanksgiving and Christmas One-Week Minimum Stay Required 
 
Restrictions: No Pets and No Smoking 
Maximum Occupancy:8 
 
$500.00 Deposit required upon reservation of the property and will  
be returned after departure. 
 
$150.00 Cleaning fee will be retained. 
No linens provided.
