Vacation Rental Description

Arbor Cove is a brand new complex of six(6)privately owned coach 
homes. Each is unique with it's own decor and furnishings. 

From the moment you open the door of this home to see the Slate 
Flooring, Island Style Decor, and Grand View of the lake, you know 
this is going to be a great vacation! Every room is gorgeous. 

The lower level offers a custom laundry, half bath, stocked kitchen 
and very comfortable living room. Two (2) pair of 8'high glass doors 
pocket away to reveal your outdoor tropical paradise.

Go up the custom stairway to find three cozy sleeping rooms, all 
offering comfortable new queen-sized beds with luxurious 400 count 
egyptian cotton linens. 

Inviting colors greet you when you open the French Doors to the 
Master Bedroom Suite which overlooks the lake. The private slate 
tiled bath is equiped with double custom sinks, a cavernous walk-in 
shower, or, relax by candlelight in the jetted tub.

Another of the bedrooms opens to a private 2nd story balcony, 
perfect for getting away from the family to read or nap.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Arbor Cove is located directly on the 60' deep sand bottomed Lake 
McCoy. It boasts 300' of white sand beach, private launch, and 
dock.  Bring your boat, jet ski and swimming gear, or, rent a boat 
from one of the local boat dealers. They will launch & deliver the 
boat to you. 

Lounge by the pool or sit in the shaded comfort of your Lanai with 
Teak furnishings. Bring a picnic lunch out to enjoy in the sun 
lakeside.

Park in the attached garage! Extra parking is available just steps 
away.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Placid is known as the Caladium Capital of the world and the 
Town of Murals. Many golf courses, lakes, sport & nature parks, and 
other activities abound in the vicinity, as does the world famous 
Sebring Speed Way. 

Ask the locals to direct you to some great low-cost restaurants in 
Lake Placid, or drive twenty minutes north to Sebring to find 
international fare.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary by season and/or length of stay.
***Tenants are responsible to pay for any/and/or all damages.
***This is a non-smoking home. 

Monthly Rentals:
$2200 per month
Three(3)consecutive months @$1950 per month


Weekly Rentals:
$1050 per week


Deposit $500 (***Deposit fully refundable with satisfactory 
departure)

Cleaning Fee $100 (non-refundable) Additional Cleaning Fee for pets $50

Pet Deposit $200 (Pet restrictions apply)

***Tenants are responsible to pay for any/and/or all damages over 
and above the $500 deposit. Evidence of smoking will forfeit full 
deposit.
