Vacation Rental Description

  Beach block 3 bedroom 2 bath in Great location In North Wildwood 
at 22nd and the boardwalk ,Sleeps eight and is just steps to the 
beach and boardwalk. 
 Parking for 2 cars (offstreet) enjoy a nice summertime cocktail on 
the patio as you smell The burgers cooking on the grill.
(shrimp,steak...)Great first floor unit with no steps to climb. It's 
all right there within walking distance so you can loose your keys 
to the car and have a good time.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped Kitchen(blender...)
Central Air/ceiling fans.
Two color TV with cable, DVD/VCR players
washer and dryer, iron , blow dryer
Gas Grill so munch more
2 full /2 queens size beds and a pull out queen size sofa bed

Activities and Attractions

All of Wildwood's greats attractions are in walking distance.
 From bike rental's to breakfast on the boards, ride"s, waterparks
(indoor or outdoor ) restaurnts/pizza (sam's)shopping,and skateboard 
park is at other end of the street it's  all right here.

Vacation Rental Rates

Janurary 1 through April 4th $775/week
 April 5th through May 23rd  1300/week 
May 24th  through August 29th 1650/week
 August 30th through Sept 26th 1250/week
Security Deposit 350( fully Refundable if leave duplex in condition 
you found it)
 Call for special rates weekends and early bird specials (Irish 
weekend,Fireman's Weekend,ect...)
(this unit can be rented as a 2 bed 1 bath,for $1350 a week, it would be orange 
room and blue yellow room call for special rates.
 Linens and bath towels available for additional $55 fee
Must be 25 years of age to rent.
