to downtown Tallahassee and all the things you may need in the city!

Marks National Wildlife Refuge; and it's a FISHERMANS and BOATERS 
DREAM!  Beaches are within 40 mins to 1 hour-& are rated tops in the 
country! Home is totally redone and the views are great! Culdesac 
with basin/Apalachee bay views! Aprx 1800 s.f. 3 bedrooms, 2 full 
baths, Awesome sunroom/dining room to relax, eat and catch the 
sunrise or moonrise!  Dolphins regularly swim by! Water views on 3 
sides, very open plan, corian counters, maple cabinets, new 
everything! DOCK included.  Kings size bed in MBR, queen in GB2 
and Daybed converts to a king bed in GB3. FULLY equipped with all linens, 
kitchenware, 2 tvs, vcr,games, etc.  Covered carport, but room 
for other vehicles, RV's boats, etc. Small, friendly gated community, 
walk to a community church, small beach/bay a 3 block walk.  Golf 
course 10 mins away.  A mobile home community.

Activities and Attractions

The draw here is the peace, serenity, fishing and boating! Eco 
tourists will love the REAL FLORIDA" atmosphere...Kayak or canoe 
several area rivers (Wakulla or St Marks)or the bay or Spring Creek.  
Incredible birdwatching at St Marks Refuge 20 mins. away. Wakulla 
Springs, a world famous springs and state park/restaurant/hotel is 
where old Tarzan movies and others were filmed, great day trip there 
too! Hikers, bikers and outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy this area! 
Dont' forget Apalachicola, a historic riverfront town is about 1.25 
hours away and is a great place to visit-a beautiful drive along the 
water too!  Top rated beaches by "Dr. Beach" aprx 1 hour away (St 
George Island, Cape San Blas and St Joseph Peninsula with its 50' 
sandunes) truly beautiful and unique and uncrowded areas.  The 
perfect getaway for those who don't want a "commercial" style 
atmosphere!

Vacation Rental Rates

$1600/Month April - August (Currently leased Jan-March 08) 
Water/Sewer/Electric/Cable/DSL/Local phone included.  
Electric/Water/Sewer capped at $150/month, Tenant pays any overrage. 
Minimum one month rental plus deposit.  For 3 months or more rentals, 
monthly rent is $1200 and tenant pays all utilities. No Smoking in 
the home, pets ok with additional pet deposit.
