This property is a luxurious vacation rental located in Kissimmee,
Only 3 miles from Disney World and close to all other attractions.
Our home comes complete with everything from T.V.'s in every bedroom
and living room. Whether you are out at the parks or sightseeing
around the central Florida region, you'll look forward to returning
to this vacation home away from home each day. This villa is
completely furnished and fully equipped with all the conveniences of
a home including linens, towels, dishes, washer, dryer, and fully
loaded kitchen

This beautiful home has all the upgrades and its located in the
Indian Creek Development which is close to shopping, restaurants,
mini golf, flea markets, and all the attractions Orlando has to
offer. Orlando International Airport is only 20 minutes away.

This home features 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Sleeping
arrangements include 2 master bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed
and an en-suite batheroom with a garden tub, shower and double
vanity basin. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with
its own en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms, both have
two twin beds each with a full bathroom inbetween. The living room
has a convertible sofa bed. The house central a/c and heat.

The home has a fenced and screened south facing pool (heated if
requested), and a private jacuzzi

There is a comfortable living room with cable TV, DVD player and a
VCR. There is an elegant dining room as well as an eat in kitchen
with all modern amenities. The living room has a 15' vaulted
ceiling with sliding doors to the pool and patio. All rooms are
fully furnished for your convenience and pleasure, as well as a BBQ
Grill.

There is a game room as well with a pol table, air hockey table and
foose ball game and dart board.

We provide free internet service and a computer and free unlimited
local and national phone usage.

There is a foldable crib and high chair for infants with a washer
and dryer including an Iron and Ironing Board for all your needs.
