201 is 2Bd-2Ba. (total remodel 2008)
Luxury Beach Front condo is perfect for couples. 201 is 1500 sf
and has 4 queen beds. Condos has
complete kitchen with all that you need. There is a washer/dryers IN condo. At La Concha, when you step on your balcony, you feel the relaxing sound of the ocean, and view the
crystal clear water of the Sea of Cortez. Our guests are permitted to use the neighboring La Concha
Hotel facilities, restaurant, Palapa Bar, room service, and the 5 star PADI dive shop at the Cortez
Club. La paz is a beautiful waterfront city with just the right amount of tourism. Near by you can
day trip to Todos Santos art colony or off to Los Cabos.
We are located next to the Hotel, where you can go to the front desk and create a charge and be able
to bill food and drinks from the restaurant and bar and also enjoy room service. Our 2nd floor unit
has elevator access and the gated building has 24 hr security guards( that we all know and are long
term employees). You can arrive at all hours as you will have your own gate key and remote to open
the car gate.
Bring you laptop (condo has WiFi) and both have TV, DVD, and 50 DIVX movies to enjoy.
THESE ARE NO SMOKING UNITS and HOA restriction do not allow pets or children under 14. ONLY couples
or partners please One week minimum stay.
