Vacation Rental Description

NEW Beach Front Condos at La Concha Resort 
201 is 2Bd-2Ba and 202 is a Studio. New construction and furniture (total remodel 2008). Condos are  
side by side; rent either or both. Luxury Beach Front condos are perfect for couples. 201 is 1500 sf  
and has 4 queen beds; 202 is 800 sf and has a king bed and queen "AU" sleeper. Both condos have  
complete kitchens with all that you need. There are washer/dryers IN both condos and they also have  
state of art "UV" water purifiction systems so that you can DRINK THE WATER in my condos. 
At La Concha, when you step on your balcony, you feel the relaxing sound of the ocean, and view the  
crystal clear water of the Sea of Cortez. Our guests are permitted to use the neighboring La Concha  
Hotel facilities, restaurant, Palapa Bar, room service, and the 5 star PADI dive shop at the Cortez  
Club. La paz is a beautiful waterfront city with just the right amount of tourism. Near by you can  
day trip to Todos Santos art colony or off to Los Cabos. 
We are located next to the Hotel, where you can go to the front desk and create a charge and be able  
to bill food and drinks from the restaurant and bar and also enjoy room service. Our 2nd floor units  
have elevator access and the gated building has 24 hr security guards( that we all know and are long  
term employees). You can arrive at all hours as you will have your own gate key and remote to open  
the car gate. 
Bring you laptop (condos have WiFi) and both have TV, DVD, and 50 DIVX movies to enjoy. Our manager,  
Sandy, is available to help with your needs. 
 
THESE ARE NO SMOKING UNITS and HOA restriction do not allow pets or children under 14. ONLY couples  
or partners please ( NO SINGLES ) One week minimum stay.

Cleaning is provided weekly, daily service is available at $15/day. Until confirmed, rates are  
subject to change without notice. 10% IVA La Paz Tax is required.
