Wildwood Square is the only gated townhome community in the
Wildwoods. This Tri-Level townhouse is close to all the local
attractions and a short walk to the fabulous beaches and beautiful
bay sunsets. This rental offers a unique environment in its very own
self contained community.

Access to Wildwood Square is attained by you and your guest through
a private code at the nearest gate on Schellenger Avenue.
The Square has a center courtyard that features a walking path
through an Oriental inspired garden with pagodas, plantings, and
trees of all shapes and colors. Two fountains create a very serene
atmosphere that you can enjoy. In the center of the courtyard is the
community pool which is handicapped accessible. This pool area is
has a large sun deck, tables and benches for outdoor dining with
family and friends, and an outdoor shower, 2 barbeque gas grills and
rest room.

The house features an over sized garage with ample parking for two
cars and all your beach gear. On the first floor you will find the
first of 4 bedrooms with its own private full bath. Up the stairs
you will find the living area and kitchen. The kitchen offers a
microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and all the kitchen
supplies you will need for cooking. The dining area offers
plenty of room to have a nice sit down family dinner. The living
room area is beautifully decorated in a relaxing tropical décor.
Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony that overlooks the
courtyard and fountain.
Three more bedrooms are located on the third floor. Here you will
find the master bedroom and bath. This large well appointed room has
private bath and its own private balcony where you can sit and enjoy
the ocean breeze on your own private hammock. The second bedroom is
bright and cheery allowing for the morning sun to greet you. This
bedroom also enjoys it own private balcony. The third features twin
over full bunk beds TV and DVD player. The house has 3 tvs, dvd
players and games for the entire family.

No pets allowed for tenants. This is a by-law of the condo
association.
This is a non-smoking rental. Failure to comply will result in
forfeiture of security deposit.

Sorry, no Prom or Senior Week rentals. No groups under 25 years old.  

Renters are required to submit names and ages of all staying in the house.

Weeks - June 25-September 14, 2013  - $3150 a week

A non-refundable security deposit of $50.00 will be required for all rentals.

Cancelations/Refunds

Cancelations made less than 21 days are non-refundable.
Cancelations prior to the 21 days are 100% refundable if unit is re-
rented at same rate. If rented at a lower rate the difference will
be deducted from deposit. Non-refundable if not re-rented.
