Dunes III - Oceanview Condo in Carolina Beach

This great condo at Carolina Beach, North Carolina is waiting for
you if you enjoy: swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, dining-out,
shopping, golf, fishing, historic sites or just taking it easy.

We offer a clean, well kept air-conditioned, two bedroom, two bath
oceanview condo on the first level with covered parking underneath.
Rental available to families, of no more than 6, responsible adults,
and can include deck smokers.
Please no vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age
unless accompanieed by parent or adult guardian.

You enter the living room, kitchen, dining combination decorated in
a soft beach design. There is a tv/dvd available and ample seating.
Sliding glass doors take you out to the carpeted porch with a swing
and rockers. The dining table seats six and two stools at the
breakfast bar offer informal seating. Kitchen has electric stove
top, dish washer, coffee maker, microwave and large refrigerator.
Down the hall in first bathroom there is a washer/dryer,large vanity
with full mirror and sink area.
First bedroom features twin beds, with pull-out for additional
sleeping. Ample closet and dresser space.
Master bedroom at the end of hall has king size bed with tv, private
bath,
and sliding glass doors stepping out to small back porch. Large walk-
in closet
and dresser with mirror are available.

Carolina Beach and the Atlantic Coast offers a wide variety of things
to see and do! Fort Fisher at the south end of the island is a
historic
site on the Cape Fear River. This walking tour is short but
informative.
Also located on the south end is the North Carolina Aquarium which is
a
great rainy day activity for you and your family.
The ferry to Southport(10 miles)takes you for a day of history,
dining and shopping or a day trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
one hour away.
If you want to stay at the beach you can stroll on the Boardwalk,
play putt-putt or have lunch in any of the quaint restaurants.
The local newspaper is printed weekly to show what is "happening"
on the Beach from car shows to a great jazz festival.

December 1 - March $ 475.00 per week
March - Memorial Day $ 585.00 per week

Reservation Deposit of $200.00 required.
Has to be received one week after reservation made to confirm.
Balance paid in full two weeks before rental begins.
Money Order or cashiers check.

Check In: Saturday at 4:00PM no early check in please.
Check Out:Saturday at 11:00AM
Cleaning Fee: $50.00

Subject to State and Local Tax of 12.75%
